Return and Replacement Policy
Replacement of Broken Bottles
No ones likes getting a broken glass in the mail. If this happen to you, please take a photo of the broken items in the packaging and get in touch on ahoy@drinkterps.co.nz with the order number and image so we can replace this for you. Our broken bottle policy expires three (3) days after the goods are delivered.
Defective product will be replaced or a store credit offered at the customers choosing. If you have a concern, send us an email at ahoy@drinkterps.co.nz
